Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed and calculated at checkout before completing the purchase, depending on destination and selected shipping method.
Shipping is always free within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

5. Deliveries and Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, reshipment will be subject to payment of new shipping costs.
Once the order is in transit, it is not possible to modify the delivery address. Address changes are permitted within the first 3 days after placing the order and before it has been dispatched, by contacting us via email at contac@aurafford.com.
6. International Shipping and Customs
We do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped exclusively within the United States.
No additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees apply to our shipments.
7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages
If you notice an unusual delay or tracking does not update within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number, tracking number, and any relevant photos (if applicable) so we can request an investigation with the carrier.
In the event of confirmed loss by the logistics operator, we will manage the claim with the carrier and inform you of the next steps.
